Per the latest leak from Henderson, Call of Duty 2023 will be revealed in the beginning of August. To be precise, he mentions the date of August 1st. Moreover, it’s expected to be announced as part of some event, similar to the previous entries.

In case anyone missed keeping track of past events, Treyarch’s Black Ops Cold War and Sledgehammer Games’ Vanguard were both revealed within the first Warzone. On the other hand, Infinity Ward’s Modern Warfare II was revealed via the COD NEXT event last year.

Once again, Tom Henderson reiterated that Call of Duty 2023 will continue the story of MWII. But there’s no clarity regarding its official name. Other sources have also claimed that Zombies will be featured in this installment. However, it’s yet to be confirmed whether they will be included in the traditional, round-based format or some other mode. The title is rumored to be helmed by Sledgehammer Games.
