Call of Duty Warzone 2 has been out for more than three months now. But it looks like the game is still not free from situations involving extremely irritating glitches and bugs. Yes, now there seems to be another new problem in the battle royale.

Recently, some of the Warzone 2 players have shared reports of coming across an inevitable glitch in online matches. Apparently, this bug is preventing them from using sniper rifles. Not to mention that most of them are quite disappointed with this annoying situation in the free-to-play installment.

Call of Duty players can’t use sniper rifles due to an inexplicable bug in Warzone 2

Since the last few days, there have been instances of some users not being able to score kills from sniping. Simply because there’s a rare glitch that is punishing them from doing so. Whenever they try to take headshots, the bug makes them disconnected from the game. Something like this was seen once again, in a video shared by a Redditor on the social platform.

As one can see in the clip, above, the user who’s known as u/Kenja_Time, begins to take aim at a target, who is at a distance. The player settles their sniper rifle’s crosshair over the enemy’s head and fires the bullet. To their surprise, however, they get instantly disconnected while getting a message indicating a dev error. This happens on two different occasions as shown in the aforementioned video.
