While discussing various things, a representative from the company had clearly mentioned that “there will be no zombies” in neither Call of Duty Modern Warfare II nor Warzone 2 battle royale. All things considered, Zombies won’t make it to Infinity Ward’s franchise.

Meanwhile, developer Treyarch’s team has been quite active recently in revealing job profiles for roles specifically connected with making Zombies-based content. It’s been just few days since the start of 2023, but the studio has already introduced openings for a Lead Zombies Game Designer as well as a Senior Game Designer (for Zombies).
