Since its anticipated debut last year, Call of Duty Modern Warfare II has been in the news for endless reasons. Despite being a blockbuster release in terms of record-breaking sales, it has faced many unfavorable situations. Players have faced issues while diving into its virtual world. Especially when it comes to the Multiplayer modes of this premium offering. The content for the Multiplayer has become a subject of debate among users. That’s because of how the devs have treated the paid version compared to Warzone 2, a free-to-play title.

Many people have called out Activision in the last few months for ignoring Modern Warfare II’s Multiplayer. Because the base game is the version, they have paid from their pockets. In fact, many of them have even opted for the Vault Edition, thus spending more money than the regular cost of the AAA title. However, the game they paid for has little to offer regarding the Multiplayer setup. It is just not working for them like it used to in the previous entries.

The topic of Multiplayer seemingly getting ignored by the makers at Activision is catching fire each day. Recently, a popular streamer posted a tweet sharing the picture of a very reputed designer working at Activision. The content creator claimed that this designer is the man who can actually save the Multiplayer content from dying a slow death going forward.

Well, this designer is none other than David Vonderhaar. Black Ops fans may already know him, thanks to his infinite involvement in various Call of Duty installments. To be precise, David is a specialist in working on Multiplayer. He’s the one who has primarily developed the Multiplayer content for titles like COD 3, World At War, Black Ops, Black Ops II, Black Ops III, Black Ops 4, and Black Ops Cold War.

More than anything, many players have expressed their feelings about not getting a satisfying Multiplayer content this time. Call of Duty often provides engaging MP-based modes and amazing gameplay. However, recent offerings, including MWII, are failing to deliver good Multiplayer. The beloved mode might soon die if the current situation keeps stretching further.

Hence, someone should take charge of all things Multiplayer in the series. And going by David Vonderhaar’s track record with the Black Ops franchise, he’s the perfect man for this role.
