IGN’s Twitter post quoted Campbell saying, “If Daniel [Craig] didn’t exist Henry [Cavill] would have made an excellent Bond.” Campbell also said Cavill’s audition for the role of deadly spy was “tremendous” and he also had the perfect body shape required for the role. The only thing that stood in Superman’s way was his age.
