Apparently, she added new items into the world of Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Since one cannot add extra items beyond what’s there in the Switch exclusive, the mod works by simply model-replacing a given item. That way, any player who has a modded Switch console can insert new items that are not usually accessible to them in the regular gameplay.
Now that sounds pretty interesting, to say the least. Ceomg showed the modded items in action by selecting the 12 most amazing ones among others. For example, players usually don’t have access to the Planter from the Museum, but now they can do so with the help of the latest mod by KrystalKat.
Furthermore, there are items like Strawberries, Crates of Star Fragments, and Apples that can be received by model-replacing the existing items. Interested users have to just mod their Switch consoles and they are good to go for having a new experience inside Animal Crossing.
