Warner Bros is planning a big comeback?
The crazy rumor that was first started from the Reddit page caught immense attention from the gaming community in a short amount of time. The main leaker refused to give any kind of proof/logical explanation to support the claim. But interestingly, the leak was backed up by none other than journalist Jeff Grubb (barring one part).

This WB platform fighter is real, but it is not a Netherrealm game. Come on. https://t.co/WkMiKf4dTH

According to Jeff Grubb, the crossover platform fighter is in its early development stage and will be announced soon. However, contrary to what the Reddit leak claims, the game’s major developers are not NetherRealm Studios.

Of course, Warner Bros has officially confirmed nothing at this point in time, and it’s better to take everything with a grain of salt. However, if this has been backed up by Jeff Grubb, then there must be something big going on. Warner Bros has previously said that they are planning to focus more on game development regarding IP that is already owned by Warner Bros. So making a title with multiple loved and popular characters from different franchises is quite an interesting idea.
