It seems like Ball is stuck with an issue currently, the issue being with his PlayStation. In a story posted on Instagram, Melo seems to be desperately seeking help to fix his PlayStation. Have a look at it down below.

LaMelo Ball struggles with his PlayStation console’s 2-Factor Authentication

Currently, every application and electronic device has started applying 2-Factor Authentication for security purposes. It is a method to neutralize risks with compromised passwords and prevents hacking and intruder access.

As you can see in Ball’s story, he seems to be in a fix with his PlayStation’s 2-Factor authentication. Melo seems to be no longer using the number associated with the console which leaves him in a ditch for the 2-factor authentication of his device.

For getting a fix to such issues, PlayStation offers two simple solutions. The first is storing the 2SV backup codes which can be used if you cannot access your mobile device. There are 10 Backup codes which can be found here.

If you do not have the backup codes either, you reach out to PlayStation Support with your online ID (username) and sign-in ID (email address). For doing so, click here.

Having issues with 2-Factor Verification can sometimes be trouble for many people. However, there is a solution for everything out there. Don’t Worry Melo, we got you!
