CS: GO – Former Major Champion Joins Imperial eSports

A former member of RED Canids Lincoln “fnx” Lau has joined Imperial eSports. He is a Brazilian professional CS: GO player who has played for a handful of teams over the past years. The 30-year old departed from RED Canids in May after joining the team in August last year.
Imperial eSports is a Brazilian professional organization. They were widely known for their Crossfire team, but entered CS: GO after they acquired SHOOWTiME, tifa, and dzt. Now they look to get stronger with the addition of fnx.

fnx is one of the best Brazilian veterans to be still in the game. At 30 years old, he can still provide some experienced knowledge and skills to the younger members in his new team. Dener “KHTEX” will move the opposite direction, as the 23-year-old signed for RED Canids from Imperial. KHTEX’s move opened up space for fnx to join.

For the RED Canids, fnx has participated in several tournaments and won the American Minor tournament at Rio 2016. He also played with FalleN during his time with MIBR. He is also the brand ambassador for the Brazilian CS: GO team owned by Immortals. fnx has also won two majors with his teams; ESL One Cologne 2016 with SK and MLG Columbus 2016 with Luminosity.
Another veteran that left RED Canids along with fnx was nak “Nakano.” nak was unveiled as a new member of DETONA. Brazilian professional players seem to be on a move recently and this could only make the scene more competitive.
