CS: GO may be a thing of the past, but the eSports scene of the game remains strong. Many players are used to playing CS: GO over the new CS2. And for that, Blast Premier Fall Final 2023 is hosting a tournament that will have the top CS: GO teams battle it out for the $200,000 winning prize.

With 8 teams competing in the CS: GO Blast Premier Fall Final 2023, fans got to see an intense first day. While some teams that were expected to win didn’t make it, others surprised the competition by emerging victorious. After day 1, here is how each team stands on the charts.

The ongoing CS: GO BLAST Premier Fall Final 2023 started on November 22 and will go on till November 26 in Copenhagen, Denmark. There will be eight of the world’s best teams participating for a total prize pool of $425,000. With day 1 having gone by, here’s what happened:

In the FaZe vs NiP matchup, FaZe Clan secured a 2-0 victory with wins on Vertigo (13-6) and Nuke (13-9). The maps highlighted FaZe’s dominance, especially on Nuke, known for its tight spaces and vertical gameplay.

Cloud9 faced NAVI, winning 2-1. Cloud9 took Anubis (13-11), NAVI responded on Ancient (9-13), and Cloud9 secured the win on Inferno (13-9), a classic map in CS: GO.

Team Vitality dominated Heroic with a 2-0 victory on Nuke (13-6) and Inferno (13-9), showcasing their strategic depth and control.

Finally, Complexity secured a 2-0 win over Astralis.

    • Begins with a group stage and concludes with playoffs.
    • Winners of the group stage qualify automatically for the playoff semifinals.
    • Second and third-placed teams from groups face off in playoff quarterfinals.
    • Both group stage and playoff matches are best-of-three.

    • November 22, 2023:
      • Group A: FaZe Clan vs Ninjas in Pyjamas, Cloud9 vs Natus Vincere.
      • Group B: Team Vitality vs Heroic, Complexity vs Astralis.
