As the planned DLC is still away from its September release, devs are already busy in hyping it up as much as possible. Recently, the quest director of Cyberpunk 2077 has generated a buzz among the fans by sharing an interesting detail. Surprisingly, it’s got something to do with tech giant Apple!

Pawel Sasko, the quest director of the open-world game Cyberpunk 2077, has recently shared a post on X (formerly Twitter) while specifically talking about Nvidia’s GeForce Now. The latter is a streaming-based service that connects to digital PC game stores so players can simply stream the titles they already own.

The quest director wrote that if any Cyberpunk 2077 player doesn’t have the required gear to play the game, they can just use GeForce Now. Per Sasko, the service is so good that he can even enjoy the graphic-intensive RPG on an Apple MacBook. Because all that’s needed is a good internet connection!

This post came after the official account of Cyberpunk 2077 mentioned that Phantom Liberty DLC will also come to Nvidia’s streaming-based service. This means there’s no need to worry about storage or system requirements. They can simply enjoy it via online streaming.

What to expect from Phantom Liberty?

The best thing about the DLC is that all refinements coming to it will also make their way to the base game. Update 2.0 will make sure players get all the new features in the original version before experiencing them in Phantom Liberty. Talking about the story will focus on espionage, focusing on the President of the United States of America.

In the awaited expansion, users will get to see a new area called Dogtown. However, it’s not a standalone addition and takes place right in the middle of the main plot. Characters like Solomon Reed, played by actor Idris Elba, will make their debuts this time. On the other hand, iconic names like the protagonist V and Johnny Silverhand will be returning.

Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty releases on September 26, 2023. It will be available on the PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X\S, Xbox One, PC, and on GeForce Now as well.
