In the northeast part of Watson, there’s a small warehouse; on the map, it would show up like two huge round things. Reach there and look around a bit; you will see this beast of a vehicle standing there, just like that in the wild.

Johnny Silverhand would appear beside the car and ask you to grab it. To add this car to your collection, simply look in the rubble beside the car. There’s a container hiding its keys. Grab those and start driving the beat.
