This was part of an interesting episode of Season 3, Episode 8 of Dave. Titled ‘Dave Goes to the Met Gala’, the episode features Lil Dicky. He plays David Burd, who makes his debut appearance at the exclusive fashion event. From the trailer, it can be noticed that this episode is filled with the needed spices and comedy to become a worthy watch.

It seems that the show went all in for this fictitious Gala. Lil Dicky was accompanied by some industry A-listers including YouTube icon David Dobrik, Megan Fox, Machine Gun Kelly, Rachel McAdams, Jack Harlow, and others. Though through the trailer we were not able to see David Dobrik at play. It might be something that the showrunners want to hold off on, so we could experience it in the episode.

Anyways, this is a massive undertaking. Especially as Met Gala is one of the biggest events in the entertainment industry. Replicating something of this stature is quite difficult, but the confidence of the cast members is refreshing. Lil Dicky stated that if he ever gets a chance to attend the Met Gala, he will don a similar outfit that we saw in this episode of Dave.
