

It looks like Ubisoft is finally on track again. During a recent PlayStation 5 showcase, Ubisoft gave the world the first look at the gameplay of Assassin’s Creed: Mirage. It was a very brief gameplay teaser, but it gave fans what they wanted to see for over a year, gameplay footage, and a launch date.

Now, after that very brief presentation of that game, the company has announced its own showcase called Ubisoft Forward, and Assassin’s Creed fans are looking forward to it!

Ubisoft Forward to bring more Assassin’s Creed-related news
Ubisoft announced Assassin’s Creed: Mirage in 2022 without a launch date. For a very long time, fans waited for more news on it other than the cinematic trailer. This changed during Sony’s showcase, where fans got a brand-new glimpse at its gameplay and a launch date.

The game will launch in October 2023, but some fans are not satisfied with just the small gameplay footage. It appears Ubisoft was listening to its fans; hence, they’ve announced a new showcase called Ubisoft Forward that will happen on the 12 of June 2023.

This upcoming showcase will bring more news for Assassin’s Creed: Codename Jade. It is set in China, the first VR game in the series, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora; the New Crew game; and Assassin’s Creed: Mirage.

Fans will probably get an extended look at the latest game in this historical stealth action series. Being so close to launch means that the developers might be comfortable enough to present a full-fledged demo of this game to the audience, just like they used to do with their older games. This is the best way to represent this game to potential buyers as the real Assassin’s Creed title.

Aside from all these games, Ubisoft also teased the reveal of a very different title. Fans are expecting it to be that Star Wars title Massive Entertainment is working on.
