Ludwig, despite being a well-known personality in the YouTube community, recently admitted that he isn’t the biggest Youtuber from his high school. In reality, he is envious of a different YouTuber from the same batch. Many might find this surprising because they never expected Ludwig to compete with anyone after becoming so well-known.

Ludwig reveals his YouTube rival from high school

In a recent podcast with Trash Taste, YouTube’s top streamer Ludwig disclosed that he is actually not the most subscribed YouTuber from his High school. When, during the podcast, Welsh YouTuber, Connor asked Ludwig if he was the biggest YouTuber from his state, Ludwig replied, “No, f**k you” in a laughing tone.

He then explained, “I went to a school at Hollis/Brooklyn. They had to combine two towns and our graduating class was like relatively small was like 200 people and I’m not the biggest YouTuber who graduated from that school.”

Revealing who his rival is, he said, “there’s just an annoying big, successful fortnight YouTuber who’s like Mr. Top five.”

Who is Mr. Top 5, and why does the well-known YouTuber find him annoying?

For those who don’t know, Mr. Top 5 is a YouTube content creator and is mostly famous for his sing-song commentary on Fortnite and Roblox video that he creates with his friends. He also has recently crossed 4 million subscribers on the platform while Ludwig only has around 3.4 million subscribers.

Thus, Ludwig in the podcast talking about Mr. Top 5 said, “He just DMs me. He’s like dude, we went to the same school and I don’t have the heart to message him back because all I feel is anger towards him.”

After hearing this, the hosts started enquiring if he was in a senior class than Mr. Top 5. To which Ludwig says, “No, he’s also younger than me. I’m older than him, so I’m supposed to be cooler. I was a senior. You were a freshman.”

Notably, Ludwig, although a bit behind the subscriber’s count still has made a lot of name for himself. This can be proved by the fact that he is very good friends with YouTube’s biggest content creator, MrBeast, and has been a part of his content many times.
