Speaking of direct comparison, then Horizon Forbidden West will support 60 fps gameplay on PS5. Whereas, on the PS4, you can expect a lower frame rate of 30 fps. But again, the latter’s not confirmed yet from the side of Guerrilla. So there’s no way to say if the older generation device will get a similar FPS as its current-gen counterpart.
Few things, however, are definitely exclusive to PlayStation 5 only. For example, the support for 3D audio and DualSense controller.
Since the game has already gone gold, as mentioned above, it is certain that the title will come out on its scheduled date next month. Forbidden West launches on February 18, 2022, for PS5 and PS4.
