Dr Disrespect has launched his brand new gaming studio, Midnight Society, and his fans couldn’t be more thrilled. Yesterday, the American streamer teased about this announcement on Twitter, leaving the entire gaming intrigued. And then came the big announcement.

On the 15th of Dec 2021, Dr Disrespect finally revealed his new studio, which is focused on designing AAA games.

Also, Midnight Society, the studio, aims to develop community-driven PVP multiplayer games. And this is great because the term community-driven, here, means the studio is open to the idea of fans getting involved during the development phase of the games.

The reveal of his studio was shocking to some while not as shocking to others, but one thing is for sure and that is his fans are excited to see how things go from here. As of now, the streamer has released no details about the studio’s first-ever game. But it’s likely fans will get new information about it in the coming few weeks.

As of now, the Midnight Society boasts a website, a Twitter page, and a Discord channel of its own. But as of now, any of these don’t reveal any information about any upcoming project.

It’s not like Dr disrespect is the only person behind this studio. Midnight Society is co-founded by Dr Disrespect, Quinn DelHoyo, and Robert Bowling. For the fans who are unfamiliar with these two people. Quinn DelHoyo was the multiplayer designer of the iconic 2015 release Halo 5: Guardians. And Robert Bowling was the creative strategist of the Call of Duty franchise.

On an additional note: before becoming a full-time streamer, Dr Disrespect was also a designer for some Call of Duty games at Sledgehammer Games.

Plus, the studio is also community-driven, as mentioned before, which will certainly be a plus point for the devs in terms of the development of the games. Moreover, Midnight Society has already started recruiting people for its vacancies. As per the career page of its website, fans can see various vacancies in marketing, design, art, engineering, and audio.

The future seems to be bright with Dr Disrespect’s latest venture, and the community can’t wait to see what the studio has to offer.
