The Jump Festa 2022 event just revealed big news for fans of Dragon Ball FighterZ. They will soon witness the debut of a DLC character in the game, with Android 21, in her Lab Coat version. The upcoming character’s Majin version was already a playable character in the game. It had arrived due to the collaboration between Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama and Arc System Works.

Android 21, in her Lab Coat version, will make her debut soon in Dragon Ball FighterZ. This latest announcement comes after the FighterZ Pass 3 reveal, which included Gogeta, Goku, Kefla, Master Roshi, and Super Baby 2.

Dragon Ball FighterZ soon to get new Android 21

The new character of Android 21 is expected to release next year. Hopeful fans have a feeling it could release as early as January. And they can’t wait for the new version of Android 21.

The game was initially launched in 2018. The 2.5D title was developed by Arc System Works and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment.

In the game’s story, players pick up a team of three characters and also a unique assist for each one of them. The team then goes against another team of three, comprising either an AI or human players.

Dragon Ball FighterZ has been a well-received title, as far as the critics’ reactions are concerned; most of the reviews it got were positive.

The title was also a huge success in terms of global sales as it sold millions of units. All in all, Dragon Ball FighterZ’s fighting system, visuals, character roster, music, and story mode are the highlights when it comes to why it became a notable release.

Fans of the Arc System Works’ project will now look forward to the upcoming DLC character launch of Android 21 (Lab Coat). The title is currently available for PS4, PC, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
