Following his win in the consolation bracket in Chess.com’s PogChamps 4, MrBeast celebrated by purchasing a $10,000,000 warehouse and its surroundings for upcoming videos, or so it seems.

To give you some context, The Breakdown disclosed that MrBeast spends close to $4,000,000 monthly. A whopping $48,000,000 a year “to be the best YouTuber I can”.

When questioned about the lavish spending, the YouTuber explained his love for what he does, taking fans back to day zero when it all started. Initially, Jimmy struggled to make a career on the platform for the first five years; eventually landing sponsorships for his videos in his college years.

According to MrBeast’s mother, he was supposed to go to college or find a place of his own. But the young YouTuber had other ideas. He’d often pretend to go to college but would make videos on campus instead of attending lectures.

Where does the money go?

10 years on, Jimmy “MrBeast” Donaldson now has a whole campus with multiple warehouses dedicated to making videos. The “MrBeast HQ” has various studios, each for a different reason. From building sets to store props to the “Beast Gaming” setups to a building for philanthropy. The philanthropy buildings even had 2 refrigerators for storing food that is given to the needy.

Since his team works on multiple videos at the same time, the studios rarely have much space left to prepare for the next one. This is where the new warehouse comes in. According to Jimmy, the new land is much bigger than what they’ve had previously and will allow his team to work on more than one project in the same area.

Essentially, MrBeast puts each penny he has back into the next videos. He even says, “Making the best videos possible period. I don’t care about money. I don’t care about time. I don’t care about it. I just wanna make the best videos on the planet.”

And clearly, this approach is working wonders for him.
