Now a new update has seemingly confirmed a major surprise for MultiVersus lovers. Especially those who are die-hard followers of the iconic DC anti-hero Black Adam. According to an early insight, the fighting game is set to feature him very soon. Interestingly, this news coincides with the superhero film featuring Dwayne Johnson as well.

Ahead of its launch itself, the now-popular game was already in the news due to the sheer amount of characters it has. Players get to fight with their favorite fictional hero in a team in order to win and progress further.

According to VGC, MultiVersus will reveal Black Adam as a playable character. This news was revealed after some users caught him showing up in the Xbox dashboard ad for the game.

This early insight implies that Black Adam is nearly confirmed for MultiVersus. Going by what the scenario is right now, this new reveal will make perfect sense. That’s because Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is also set to make his grand debut in the DC cinematic universe with a solo movie based on this comic book character.

It could be one of the reasons why some players were able to spot the anti-hero through the ads. Maybe the developers are trying to introduce him simultaneously or close to Dwayne Johnson’s film. It will be a good way of promotion as well for the live-action movie.
