It looks like EA is all set to forget what it was doing prior to EA Sports FC 24. The publisher has recently made a bold move ahead of the awaited launch of its rebranded football simulator. It’s time for gaming fans to say goodbye to the long-running FIFA saga.

Yes, EA has finally decided to move past the FIFA legacy made by its blockbuster titles. Right now, if anyone is interested to buy the pre-FC 24 games from the publisher, they won’t be able to get anything, unfortunately. Reason? The company has simply delisted them.

It’s already known that FC 24 is arriving later this week and will be the first non-FIFA title. Ever since it was officially announced, players have been curious about how different it will be from the previous soccer simulators. Speaking of EA, it has left no stone unturned in hyping the new game to an extent that fans forget everything about the FIFA franchise.

To make it very obvious, going forward, EA has now officially delisted most of the FIFA games from online platforms. The shocking change was noticed recently by several fans on social media. One user took to X to highlight this massive news.

As of now, players won’t be able to find FIFA titles on digital stores like Steam, Epic Games Store, or even the Nintendo Switch eShop. Every game from FIFA 14 to 23 has been removed now. Fans can’t purchase them anymore.

However, some lucky players can still get FIFA 22 and last year’s FIFA 23 via the EA Play application. It’s still not confirmed exactly when EA made this unexpected decision; it’s only now that people have realized. Going by the Steam Database, it seems like the move was already made before the debut of FC 24’s Early Access period.

Now that the publisher is fully concentrating on its new journey, it’s trying to attract as many eyeballs as possible. Thanks to the constant promotions, a lot of players have already joined FC 24 even ahead of its main release. The Early Access phase has witnessed many of them diving into the virtual world of this upcoming title while exploring everything it has to offer.

Players are going to see a lot of new features when the game officially comes out. For example, FC 24 will introduce a lot of fresh playstyles to attain amazing-looking goals. Creative moves like Trickster are already getting a lot of attention on the internet.

Moreover, a total of 34 playstyles will be available post-launch. They are divided into six categories: scoring, passing, ball control, defense, physical, and goalkeeper. To name a few, there’s Tiki Taka, Power Shot, Finesse Shot, Dead Ball, and many more!

While FC 24 is almost on the verge of its debut, FIFA lovers will surely miss the ‘old days’ now that they can’t even access their favorite titles anymore. But change is something one has to accept with time. For every new story to flourish, the old one has to meet its end.
