Respawn’s Titanfall 2 received a major update seven years after its launch. 

Released in 2016, this game became hugely popular among FPS lovers. However, one main thorn that lay in the path of Titanfall’s second installment was the game’s never-ending issues with the game’s servers. Now with the release of the brand-new update, gamers are ready to dive into the world of Titans, the mechanical exoskeletons of Titanfall 2. 

What are the new updates in Respawn’s Titanfall 2?

Despite offering creative gameplay, Titanfall 2 couldn’t make its way to the crown because the game had severe issues with the server. Apart from connection issues, Apex Legends players repeatedly hacked the game’s server. While developers somehow tried to improve it for a few years, PC users had a prolonged issue with active matchmaking if no active server nearby within minutes. Now when players left their hopes for Titanfall 2’s fix, PC users noticed the game’s sudden improvement on the platform. Not just that, the bigger news is that Titanfall 2 players will receive new game modes after a long. Attack on Titan, this new game mode is likely added with this new update. 

Besides, Respawn apparently fixed Titanfall 2’s connection issues. Players previously complained about getting back to the main menu whenever trying to customize or upgrade anything. Respawn’s new update will likely help players to explore new in-game items without worry. Furthermore, players will no longer have to frustratingly call their private matches beta. This is because Respawn finally decided to remove these four words from the private matches in Titanfall 2.

Now in Apex Legends recently released season, Resurrection‘s trailer, Respawn ended with- ““Incoming Transmission… Subject: Nessie… 1394521200, 1477638000, 1549267200.” These are noting but the release dates of Titanfall, Titanfall 2 and Apex Legends. 

Apex Legends’ new season and Titanfall 2’s bug fixing both brought a lot of anticipation among fans. Since both of these happened at the same time. While the cancellation of Titanfall Legends doesn’t mean fans won’t receive the franchise’s third installment, excited players can look forward to Titanfall 2, which is currently available on Steam for a 90% discount.
