Here’s how Demon Souls PS5 Remake put up a massive pressure on Elden Ring

Director Hidetaka Miyazaki recently had an interview with a magazine in which he discussed various aspects of Elden Ring. While mentioning the difficulties of creating the epic dream game, he mentioned that there was heavy pressure on the graphics team of Elden Ring. That’s because, according to Miyazaki:

“Graphical fidelity is not something we put as the top priority. What we ask for on the graphics side depends on the systems and requirements of the game itself, and it takes less priority compared to the other elements of development.”

Thus, it was quite obvious to be under pressure, especially coming after the PS5 remake of Demon Souls. The director said that he could understand the situation when it came to the team handling the graphics of Elden Ring. Giving the reason, he added that the team actually put a lot of hard work to bring the best-looking game to date in the history of FromSoftware.

Following the reactions to the network testing so far, it can be said that the graphics are actually brilliant. Whoever gets a chance of playing the game, ends up praising its overall design and environments.
