It seems like there’s a lot going on at the moment on the social media platform Twitter and within its own bubble. That’s because recently, a major news hit the internet about the social networking site and Tesla co-founder Elon Musk.

For those uninitiated, Elon Musk surprised everyone earlier this year while revealing his desire to buy Twitter. And it was happening as well, given all the agreement procedures. However, now it looks like the business magnate is no longer interested in this deal. Moreover, one person is absolutely saddened by this unexpected development. He is none other than the popular YouTuber, MrBeast.

Elon Musk’s disinterest in buying Twitter leaves MrBeast in shock and disappointment

In case anyone missed on the big update, Elon Musk just revealed that he’s not interested in buying Twitter. In fact, he’s now officially trying to bail from the previously announced deal. he recently accused the social media platform of providing him with misleading information.

As reported by The Verge, Elon Musk’s team claims that Twitter was in material breach of their agreement while making false statements during the negotiations. However, the social networking giant still hopes to close the deal, which is worth $44 billion.

Meanwhile, one person who really got a major shock from this development is the famous YouTuber Jimmy “MrBeast” Donaldson. That’s because, in the month of May, Elon Musk had promised to give the entire social networking platform to MrBeast in case of the Tesla co-founder’s death in mysterious circumstances“.

But now that Elon Musk is no longer interested in owning Twitter, the dream of MrBeast also seems to remain unfulfilled. This is quite sad to witness, as he himself asked regarding this to Ed Ludlow, the reporter for Bloomberg.

To get clarity, he asked Ludlow if the promise made to him by Mr. Musk was now invalid or not. The Bloomberg reporter didn’t give a clear answer and rather tagged Elon Musk himself to provide a more transparent reply.

It will be interesting to see how things shape up for Twitter in the coming days. On the other hand, MrBeast is currently fast approaching the mark of 100 million subscribers on his channel.

So far, PewDiePie is the only individual YouTuber to have achieved this rare milestone. But given the ever-growing popularity of Jimmy Donaldson, it looks like he will soon reach his desired objective.
