Video gaming and streaming industry journalist Jake Lucky became the bearer of the celebratory news. He tweeted, “Twitch streamer Grefg is hosting his own version of the Streamer Awards but for Latin America and Spain. The event has now broken 1.6 million viewers…” The tweet below shows that the stream was watched over a million, making it an extravaganza.

Lucky added another exciting piece of information by tweeting, “Grefg also previously held the concurrent viewership record on Twitch before being beaten by Ibai, everything this dude does is madness.” This leaves no doubt that such diversified and new events are immensely appreciated by the community.

Talking of streamer awards, American Twitch streamer QTCindrella also lives as an example of bringing the community together and celebrating the feats of streamers.
