The latest case is related to renowned streamer Nickmercs who recently became one the of few content creators to get his own Operator bundle in Activision’s FPS franchise. He got a dedicated bundle featuring a playable character at the end of the last month. However, the bundle has now been pulled by the makers after the streamer ended up making some controversial comments over the LGBTQIA+ community. And now, some people from Nick’s community are not happy over Call of Duty’s decision.

Let people love who they love and live your own life”, read his tweet.  To this, Nickmercs decided to reply by tweeting the following words: They should leave little children alone. That’s the real issue.

Basically, he took a jibe at Call of Duty’s PR and marketing team by indirectly mentioning Twitch. Apart from Activision’s franchise, he’s also not a fan of the Twitch platform, ever since he was banned from it a few years ago.
