Months earlier, one official at Larian mentioned that Xbox S consoles are perfectly capable of running BG3 without any hiccups. Now, it looks like the words weren’t based on nothing and the game is actually on its way to Xbox users. Playtests are also underway and the devs are knee-deep in reports about how the game runs on the Xbox consoles. As for now, if the playtests yield encouraging results, then the game might finally get its Xbox Port on December 6, according to the latest leak.

However, this is nothing more than a rumor as there is yet to be an official confirmation. There’s also a possibility that the port may be pushed to late December or even early next year. Larian Studios’ title is already released on PlayStation and consoles and the devs hinted that it will come to Xbox users before 2023 ends. While things aren’t confirmed yet, Xbox’s recent frantic activities could actually end up seeing another game arriving on the platform soon.
