After committing hours to their search, fans have found an easter egg in the trailer itself and it suggests that the easter egg is from the Modern Warfare II map that is being expanded upon in Warzone II Season 2.

Fan finds Call of Duty Modern Warfare II easter egg in Warzone II season 2 trailer
The release of the Warzone 2 Resurgence map has been eagerly anticipated by fans of the Call of Duty franchise for some time now. Activision unveiled the map a few days ago and it will launch alongside Season 2 of Warzone 2 on February 15, 2023. This is a delay from the initial release date of February 1, 2023.

In the meantime, one fan shared exciting news as they found out that season 2 will feature none other than the Shipment Beach in it. A Reddit user, by the name of Lumenprotoplasma, shared the image from the screenshot from a Call of Duty Blog Post, while also writing, “Is Shipment Beach the new Season 2 map?”,?showcasing several containers spread out on the beach.
