

Call of Duty: Warzone is celebrating its two-year anniversary today (March 10, 2022). After all the fun, in-game events, ever-changing meta, confrontations, criticism, popularity, gulag fights, new maps, new content, bugs, glitches, and multiple changes in weapons, Warzone is finally two years old. Interestingly, the massively popular royal battle is keeping the celebration pretty low-key at this point.

Soon after the launch, Warzone became the centerpiece for all the Call of Duty franchises, attracting in huge fan base for Call of Duty titles. Above all, it also brought in a number of players in the Call of Duty universe for the very first time. Right now, to celebrate this 2 years anniversary, Warzone will be free for everybody on March 10, 2022. But, at the time of writing, the developers haven’t announced any other plans to celebrate this special day.

Modern Warzone took its official Twitter handle to write, “2 years ago today the world got their first look at Call of Duty Warzone and Verdansk with one of the best trailers of all time. Warzone would officially release 24 hours later and become one of the most popular battle royale games of all time. Time flies.” As Call of Duty: Warzone passes this two years mark, fans are pretty much excited for Warzone 2.

Right now, sadly, the game is struggling a lot with all the bugs and issues. It is almost unplayable for the majority of players out there. Surprisingly, despite all these issues players are pretty much excited for Warzone 2. Fans have a lot of questions as to what the future of Call of Duty: Warzone will look like. Whether a brand new map is in work or Activision is solely working on Warzone 2 only. Only time could tell.
