The American eSports and lifestyle gaming company, FaZe Clan, is seemingly in a pickle. While the company is losing a great deal of money every day, it is also becoming a target for fans and critics, who are scrutinizing its every move. The recent Grace Van Dien vs FaZe Rain has been another flint to the wildfire. 

On July 2, 2023, Nordan Shat, better known as “FaZe Rain,” took to Instagram to disclose some alleged insider information about the organization. In a series of Instagram Stories, FaZe Rain claimed that the Clan had engaged in discussions with an unidentified individual expressing interest in joining the organization.

The individual supposedly raised a crucial question about whether Stranger Things actress Grace Van Dien could remain a member of FaZe Clan. According to FaZe Rain, the individual cited the involvement of United Talent Agency (UTA), stating that “FaZe loses McDonald’s and I think Porsche because of how much she’s being pushed by UTA.”

FaZe Rain further revealed that FaZe Clan seemed more inclined to prioritize the retention of Grace Van Dien over prominent members like Jev and Adapt. He suggested that the decision was driven by financial considerations, claiming that FaZe Clan would have been willing to let Jev and Adapt leave the organization if it meant safeguarding their revenue streams. FaZe Rain emphasized that the motives behind these decisions should not be seen as genuine or authentic.
