The Nintendo Switch was a highly popular handheld console that was a smash hit in the market. It was specifically designed for Nintendo titles like Mario and Zelda games. However, it had very noticeable performance issues. The console’s makers kept denying that the Switch was falling short in performance when it came to modern games, but that was never the case. And now, a Switch 2 could be on its way. And it’s rumoured to be a major step up, one that could supposedly rival the PlayStation 5.

The rumours don’t stop there. A new leak has suggested that the release could be joined by a Final Fantasy VII remake!
