KSI states how therapy helped him find a purpose in life
The 29-year-old star reported to Men’s Health UK how he lost all purpose in his life. He felt like a man floating on a boat with no paddles to move the ship. He claimed that he wasn’t happy at all last year. KSI even shared about not having fun at whatever he did during the troubling period.

However, the English rapper then revealed about joining a therapy that changed everything around Olatunji’s life. The 29-year-old changed his diet, exercise, and sleep cycle according to the treatment. It worked like a charm as he “finally found values and purpose” in life.

He further said how being in therapy taught him to say no to the things he doesn’t want to do. The YouTube star further revealed the therapist helped him find his true personality. KSI said, “Over months of seeing a therapist, I’ve realized that I’m an introverted person. You wouldn’t believe it. But I need time to enjoy my own company.”

Boxing helped JJ Olatunji quit alcohol
It is no secret that KSI has made quite a name in the influencer-boxing scene. The Nightmare is on an undefeated run, with a recent double victory against English rapper Swarmz and Mexican boxer Luis Alcaraz Pineda. However, boxing also helped KSI quit his drinking addiction.

The 29-year-old revealed quitting alcohol since transitioning to boxing. He also shared about what happened to him in the past upon drinking, “I just wouldn’t be myself. I’d lose my way. I wouldn’t say that [I was a big drinker], but I’d get drunk, and then I’d end up in… situations I wouldn’t normally end up in.”
