Crash Bandicoot is a video game series that has indulged fans for over a decade. Created by Naughty Dog, the game is now being developed by Toys for Bob. In a recent Toys for Bob Tweet, the studio showed fans a trailer to Crash Team Rumble. Crash Team Rumble is an upcoming 4v4 team-based competition with characters from the Crash universe.

But what caught the attention of many fans was the handle asking for Crash’s theatrical debut. The studio reached out to Sony Pictures Animation, pitching them to make a Crash Bandicoot movie. They commented on the success of the Super Mario Bros. movie, stating it is time to make their own.
