Last week, Trainwreckstv hinted about six big celebrities joining Kick. He claimed that it would turn things around for the entire gaming industry while posing a massive challenge for Twitch. After all, the platform is facing a backlash from its creators, and if it loses its charm, there’s no coming back. For now, we have the first reveal, Grand Master Hikaru Nakamura, who recently announced his partnership with Kick. The Chess pro seemed to be over Twitch, starting a new relationship with its arch-nemesis. And with that, the Kick family now sheltered Adin Ross, Corinna Kopf, GM Hikaru, and many more names. 

Now, it looks like they have broken all predictions, making a bold move on Twitter. Apparently, they have claimed to sign one of the most important politicians in US history, per se a significant figure in the modern world.

Who did Kick sign after GM Hikaru? 

Post GM Hikaru, fans were counting the days until the next big release. After all, Trainwreck’s claim kept running through their minds while they crossed their fingers for their favorite streamers to strike a deal. But well, Kick broke down the hype, claiming to have signed former President of the United States, Barack Obama. 

On April 1, 2023, Kick’s official Twitter page uploaded a fresh post saying that ‘it’s true’ that they struck a deal with the former POTUS. In fact, they even added his picture, making things look more normal, as it was something they did for all previous signing posts.
