The Witcher fans rejoice as the famous Geralt of Rivia made his appearance in the Fortnite Battle Royale. Tuesday, February 7th, Geralt joined the Fortnite crew in the latest battle pass for Chapter 4 Season 2 of the beloved multiplayer game. Players can also gain many of his cosmetic items for free, including his iconic silver sword. 

To get the cosmetic items of the Master Witcher, players have to complete the School of Llama missions. On the official website, players can find the ‘School of Llama’ challenges, which is a spoof of the actual school from the Witcher games. In the original games, there are six schools which are Wolf, Cat, Bear, Gryffin, Viper, and Manticore. 

How to get the Witcher Sword for free in Fortnite 

The highly acclaimed Witcher 3 recently received its much-awaited next-gen update. To promote the new version of the game, CDProjektRED, collaborated with Epic games to bring the white wolf, Geralt of Rivia, to the worldwide famous FPS battle Royale, Fortnite. In this collaboration, players can secure the victory royale while playing as the master Witcher himself.

#1 Visit the School of Llama Website

Although these items can be obtained for free, Players have to go through a bunch of steps and challenges to obtain the in-game items. At the very beginning, players have to visit the School of Llama website. After logging in with their Epic games account credentials, we will present them with a list of challenges that will offer XP and items, including the silver sword Pickaxe. 

#2 The challenge System

To get the rewards, players have to complete the paths. Only one path can be completed each week, which means only path 1 is available for the players right away. But fortunately, the silver sword can be acquired in path 1 once the players have completed the challenges.

#3 Tasks to complete the challenge

Once familiar with the task system, players have to complete them all the way to the end of path 1 to receive the swords. The challenges in the beginning are: 

• Place Top 25 four times
• Eliminate 20 opponents
• Catch 30 fish

Once done, players will receive more tasks until the end of the path, where they will be rewarded with the silver sword pickaxe.
