Iconic battle royale game’s 2nd Chapter is nearing its end in Fortnite. However, it seems that the teasers don’t stop coming. The 2nd Chapter will see a grand ending in the form of a one-time-only in-game event. This event is scheduled for Saturday, December 4 at 4 PM ET. This seems like a regular chapter ending. It appears, however, that the game is teasing something else as well.

Fortnite and new map teaser

The game’s official Twitter handle took to a Tweet to perhaps tease the new incoming map.

The Tweet features the promo art of one of the previous chapters. The artwork is of Chapter 2, Season 1. At the end of Chapter 1, the game temporarily went offline. Epic Games quite boldly restarted the servers. When launching the game, the player would see the trailer for the upcoming Chapter 2. That is not all. Promptly after the trailer ends, the player can find themselves dropping in a new match on a brand new map.
