Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6: Where and How To Find and Repair Telescopes

With Chapter 2 Season 7 of Fortnite on the horizon, Epic Games has introduced new Foreshadowing quests to the game. These quests were first added with the version 16.40 update and have become active following the recent version 16.50 update.
As of now, there are five foreshadowing challenges in the game. These include:
- Repair damaged telescopes (5)
- Investigate downed black helicopter (1)
- Use CB radio (5)
- Place warning signs at crop circle (5)
- Destroy spooky TV sets (1)

Where to find telescopes on Fortnite?
Not all of these challenges are active as of now. Players will be able to begin the task which asks you to repair damaged telescopes. There are currently five damaged telescopes scattered around the map. The first can be found Southwest of Lockie’s Lighthouse. Next, you will find another telescope on the hills to the East of Craggy Cliffs.
In order to find the third telescope, you must venture to Retail Row. Once there, you must visit the snowy peak Southeast of Retail Row to find the broken telescope. The penultimate telescope can be found near the ziplines southeast of Catty Corner. Lastly, you will find the fifth telescope upon the hills near Fancy View on the western edge of the map.

The telescope repair challenge is far easier completed in the Team Rumble mode as compared to the Battle Royale one. This is because each telescope requires 20 metal to repair. While you must loot and farm up these materials in the regular battle royale game mode, you will have 150 materials every time you spawn in Team Rumble.
Ruby Shadows Challenge Pack
Epic also recently released the Ruby Shadows challenge pack. This pack was released for free to celebrate the annual Epic Games Store sale. Players can complete three simple challenges which will earn you three unique cosmetic items.

These include:
- Play with Friends: Ruby Shadow Back Bling
- Outlast opponents: Ruby Shadow Glider
- Deal Damage to Opponents: Ruby Shadow Pickaxe
- Complete Ruby Shadow Quests: Ruby Shadow Skin
