Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7 arrived today and brought an alien invasion along with it. The world of Fortnite is now at war with the aliens. Keeping with the season’s Invasion’ theme, Epic Games has introduced alien weapons, vehicles, and skins. One of the main attractions this season is the UFOs flying around the map.

UFOs can be found flying above towns which are highlighted in purple. Above each of these towns, there will be alien-driven UFOs. In order to obtain this cool new flying vehicle in Fortnite, you will have to damage the UFO enough so that the alien will land it and come out to fight you. Once you have taken the alien out, you can destroy the UFO and it will regenerate its health.

How to utilize the UFOs in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7?

Every UFO in the game has 600 HP. Since they can regenerate to full health thrice, the vehicle has a total of 1800 HP. It also has three unique abilities to utilize. Firstly, you can use your right bumper (RB, R1) to fire a powerful laser which will deal a great amount of damage to structures and players. However, it is quite weak when it comes to damaging vehicles.

Next, you can use the B button on Xbox or circle on PlayStation to activate the boost in the UFO. Lastly, you can abduct structures, players, or vehicles using the left bumper (LB, L2). This makes the UFO one of the most overpowered and sought-after vehicles so far in Fortnite.

The war against the aliens has even brought the son of Krypton, Superman, to Fortnite island. While he is not yet available via the Battle Pass, the loading screen on the game assures us that he is coming soon. Alongside him, Rick and Morty will also play a crucial part during the invasion plotline.

Both Rick and Morty are available as items in the battle pass currently; Rick as a skin, and Hammerhead Morty as a pickaxe.
