Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7 brought an alien invasion theme for Fortnite. As a result, alien-themed items such as UFOs, laser weapons, and locations are now in the game. However, fans were most excited to see the new crossovers introduced with the new season. At the start of the season itself, fans got a look at Rick and Hammerhead Morty.
In addition to this, carrying on from last seasons’ DC theme, Epic Games introduced Superman as the unlockable skin for this season. Most recently, Thanos returned to the island to celebrate the Thanos cup. This leaves us to speculate what future Fortnite crossovers will have in store for us.

Spock, Darth Vader, and more expected to arrive in Fortnite
Given this season’s alien invasion’ theme it would not be surprising to see Epic Games introduce some sci-fi characters into the game. During Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6, we saw some of the universe’s greatest bounty hunters come together. A large portion of the season was themed around the arrival of the Mandalorian.
This season, we could see some of the other and more iconic Star Wars characters. Darth Vader alongside his deadly red lightsaber could be making their way to Fortnite soon. As, with any major crossover, it would be extremely enjoyable and possible to have a Star Wars-themed Limited Time Mode as well.
Another one of the speculated characters is Mass Effect’s, Commander Shepard. EA’s trilogy has recently been getting a lot of attention. Seeing that Shepard is used to battling aliens in the franchise, he would be an asset in our battle against the aliens.
Lastly, given the abundance of Star Trek items in this season’s battle pass, players expect to see Spock on the Fortnite island in a future update. This would make perfect sense given the ‘Vulcan Salute’ is already an emote in the game. As we have seen before, with Fortnite the crossover possibilities are endless.
