Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 8 is off to a great start and players are getting to know new things daily. However, the one thing that every player wants to know is where Dr. Slone is. After the season finale live event, the IO leader has disappeared completely.

She betrayed and tricked all of us, as seen during the Sky Fire event. But it seems like some players have managed to track Dr. Slone down. Although, she’s constantly changing places and is with the IO Convoy that’s carrying rescued alien technology.

Fortnite Season 8: Dr. Slone’s location and more details

It seems like Dr. Slone and the IO are deeply interested in Alien Tech. Doctor Slone has scoured and stocked up on near Compact Cars and is heading towards the Green Steel Bridge POI. Here’s a tweet showing Dr. Slone with her troops.

Presently, they are south of Steel Farm. As can be seen from the pictures, it seems like Dr. Slone is searching for something. She is also carrying her Mythic Burst Assault Rifle. The pictures also reveal two IO guards on the scene. However, we still don’t know what Dr. Slone’s plan might be. Or why she’s so deeply invested in Alien technology.

IO also is hard at work rebuilding their bases after the destruction of the Alien Mothership. And there are four bases located along the cliffs.

These guards will attack players if the player happens to get too close. So you are warned. However, what’s even interesting is that the IO is even transferring alien tech and items that were there at Holly Hatchery, which is now called Holly Hedges. So what are they planning to do?

Well, we will have to see. Dr. Slone is still loose on the Fortnite island and we might get to know more about her plans as Season 8 progresses. Till then keep an eye out for Dr. Slone and the IO.
