Chapter 3, season 1, features a brand NPC challenge that can be accessed by interacting with the scientist. In this challenge, players of the game are supposed to collect readings from seismometers. And a lot of the players are having a difficult time finding these seismometers and the scientist as well.

To be honest, it’s a little difficult to find these NPCs in the game. So, here’s a guide that fans must follow in order to complete the scientist NPC challenge:

1. First, the fans need to trigger this challenge by interacting with the scientist NPC, who lives at Logjam Lumberyard. So, it’s obvious that fans need to travel to this location. And just after this, the challenge will be triggered.
2. Then the fans need to travel to the mountains located on the north side of the Logjam Lumberyard. It’s because that’s the place with most of the seismometers.
3. So now, players have to collect three readings from seismometers in a single match in order to complete this challenge.
4. Once a fan spots a seismometer, it’s super easy to interact with it. All that is required is just to approach the device and press the relevant button. And by doing so, the player will get the reading from that seismometer.

To be honest, this challenge isn’t as tough as it sounds. The only troublesome part is to spot the scientist and the seismometers. Here are some more details.
