5) Codename E.L.F

Codename E.L.F is a very popular cosmetic in the metaverse. There is an interesting Easter egg hidden in this skin. This skin which came in chapter 1, season 1, is actually referring to two movies. The original green outfit is inspired by the movie ‘buddy the Elf’. And Furthermore, the blue version is inspired by Hermey the misfit Elf from ‘Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer’.

The car that was carrying a Christmas tree in Chapter 1 also refers to yet another movie. That is, this reference is from the 1989 movie “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation”. In which, the same instance can be seen.

The next set of Easter eggs is from the Winterfest events that Fortnite brings into the game.

3) 2019 and 2021 Winterfest

In the 2019 Winterfest event, we were able to see Peely, one of the characters featured in the game. Peely was staring through the window in a creepy manner during that Winterfest.

In the 2021 Winterfest, the Easter egg was a safe that could be seen in the event. Interestingly, every time you open the safe, it had different items in it. The items that were seen inside the safe were the gingerbread man, a snowman, and even Easter eggs.

2) 2022 Winterfest

In this Winterfest, Fortnite has taken things a bit further. When you ring the bells that can be found on the right side, a disco ball descends down. And a ginger party commences. The fun doesn’t stop there. If you put the ‘Doom Music’ in the record player, you can see a gingerbread man coming out and dancing to the beat.

1) The Pizza Slice

The most interesting and helpful among all these Easter eggs is the Pizza Slice. In the Winterfest home screen itself, you can spot it. On the floor, there is a pizza slice that seems normal until you click on it. You will get 10,000 supercharged XP from it.
