Epic Games took everyone by surprise when it introduced the primal theme in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6. According to recent hints from Epic, Season 7 could be a complete transition from the existing theme.

Fortnite took to Twitter with a cryptic tweet that indicates some kind of new species coming to the island. The transmission is titled Catalog Entry #437-887 and seems to be from the perspective of an alien. From the visual, it seems like a carton of milk is under observation and the aliens refer to it as a “strange, flimsy holding device.”

This is not the first clue pointing towards aliens that Epic has dropped. Around a week ago, Fortnite creators from all over the world received a mysterious postcard with the message ‘they’re coming’. In addition to this, some creators like SypherPK, Loserfruit, and Muselk received DVD players at their doorstep.

The CD inside the player also displayed the message “they’re coming” and showcased footage from a drone of what we can only guess are landmarks in the creator’s home country.

What to expect from Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7

Foreshadowing Quests arrived in Fortnite during this primal season. Upon speaking to bunker Jonesy, he will ask for your help to fix telescopes that have been damaged by some anonymous entity. Following this, we have to fix radio receivers and even investigate downed helicopters.

Recent loading screens teasing the new Fortnite crew skin for the month of June are also indicative of a space-themed Season 7. One of the loading screens shows the cuddle team leader flying around on some kind of space bike. Another screen even features a silhouette of the Marvel villain Loki.

Loki could be part of Epic’s plans for Chapter 2 Season 7 considering the fact that they have collaborated with Marvel before. Whatever happens in the next season, you can almost guarantee that it is linked to the Zero Point. As of now, Epic has not confirmed an end-of-season event or an introductory event into the new season.
