Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7 is on the horizon. According to when this season’s battle pass expires, the new season will arrive on June 8th. The DC and Fortnite collaboration is in full swing; however, it seems like Epic wants to include Marvel in its future plans.

Fortnite recently released a bunch of loading screens that hint towards the theme of Chapter 2 Season 7. These loading screens depict the Cuddle Team Leader entering a new futuristic town through a rift portal. Another loading screen shows the cuddle team building a mech-suit for herself.

Fans have even managed to discover a silhouette of the Marvel villain Loki in this week’s bonus crew loading screen. Reputed Fortnite data-miner Hypex also revealed, “Loki’s show releases on June 9th and he was teased in this week’s crew bonus loading screen, and the Foreshadow Quests set to end on June 9th at 2 AM ET/6 AM UTC.” He predicts, “they might delay the season from June 7th to 9th and we could see Loki as a skin in either the pass or item shop.”

Could Travis Scott and Marshmello be returning to Fortnite?

Data-miners have also found evidence that could mark the return of Travis Scott and Marshmello. The two music icons had a great impact on Fortnite Chapter 1, with both of them hosting in-game concerts and receiving Icon Series skins.

In a recent tweet, Hypex revealed, “there’s currently an encrypted skin that lights up while using musical Emotes.” Marshmello will also attend the Champions League Final opening on May 29. Thus, re-introducing Marshemello into the game at this time will be extremely lucrative for Epic Games.
