Fortnite is back again with the Ghostbusters crossover, and fans are excited about it. On 19th Nov 2021, Fortnite made the announcement on Twitter. And originally, this crossover serves to promote the upcoming movie Ghostbusters: Beyond, which will release on 3rd Dec 2021.

The crossover features a brand new dance emoticon as well as a Ghostbuster set. And most importantly, the emoticon also features the iconic Ghostbusters song by Ray Parker Jr, which was released way back in 1984.

The aforementioned song was also nominated for an Oscar and won the 1985 BAFTA Film Award for ‘Best Original Song.’ Featuring this song in the game was one of the best decisions by the devs, as should be proven with time.

As of now, the above tweet has got a lot of public attention, and the numbers are only increasing, representing fans’ great interest in the crossover.

This is the surprise for the Fortnite players followed by the Nindo challenge, which dropped just 2 days ago. While Fortnite is always introducing new content, recently, the frequency seems to have increased. And some fans speculate this might be because the current is coming to an end.

Fortnite Ghostbusters crossover: bundles and price

Crossovers like this are something that makes this battle-royale game special. However, this is not the first time that this franchise has been a part of this game. Fans were already introduced to the Ghostbusters when they first arrived in the game back on 25th Oct 2020.

In fact, all this stuff is available to purchase once again in the in-game shop. If people went into the item shop, they would find bundles, containing multiple exciting items, going for 2,000 V-bucks. There is the Ghostbusters Patrol bundle and the Ghostbusters Crew bundle. Both are bundles that contain skins, and there’s also a third bundle that contains Ghostbusters gear, appropriately called Ghostbusters Gear.
