Industry insider Robert Serrano, on Twitter, recently shared the massive update on The Rock. In his tweet, Serrano mentioned that Dwayne will be seen in a brand new movie based on a gaming title that the star adores a lot.

Fans begin their guesswork as The Rock reveals new video game-based movie!

The Rock had an interview with Men’s Journal recently. Although he was having discussions about multiple things as well as about his other projects, he was also asked about his interest in gaming; he has had quite a long history with Microsoft and the Xbox.

When asked whether he would like to bring any video game character to life again in a film, The Rock had an amazing reply.

“I can’t tell you which game in particular we’re doing, but there will be an announcement this year.”

Keeping the details tight, The Rock just said that the movie will bring one of the most badass games to the big screen. What’s even more interesting to note is that he mentioned the game in question was one he has been involved with for years.
