Fortnite Project V: Everything You Need to Know About Ninja and Friends’ Very Own Battle Royale in UEFN

Ever since the introduction of UEFN in Fortnite, nothing has been the same. With the potential and freedom that the tool provides, the creative minds in the community have devoted their talents to making literally every game ever in Fortnite. But with the recent announcement from a famous Fortnite streamer, it seems like we’re about to climb to a whole new level!

Not only do the UEFN maps provide a unique experience in Fortnite, but they can also be used for XP farming. Fortnite has witnessed unbelievable creations from amateur creators. But as Ninja and his pro-Fortnite content creators join forces, the scope is expected to reach an astronomical level.

What is Fortnite Project V?

Fortnite Project V is a creator-led Battle Royale that is entirely made using the creative tool present in the game, UEFN, aka Creative 2.0. This project is initiated by five Fortnite streamers and content creators: SypherPK, Ninja, CouRageJD, NICKMERCS, and TimTheTatman.

On Twitter, Ninja announced the project with a custom poster, featuring stylized avatars of each streamer. All five of these creators have joined their resources with Sypher’s Oni Studios’ Fortnite division, called Superjoy. According to what we know so far, it is expected that the project will be available by 2024.

SypherPK had given a cryptic tease of Project V in one of his videos. He had said, “The map that my team’s gonna make is probably gonna take about six months to make… That’s gonna be insane. So all I am gonna say is stay tuned. Once that announcement drops, a lot of people will be talking about it.”

This entire project will be driven by the community’s choices. On the official website of Project V, interested community members can drop in to share their valuable input and vote for what they would like to see in the UEFN project. They can tailor the project’s art direction and many other important aspects through votes.

Oni Studios has also taken the initiative to hire amateur map creators to work on Project V. On the official website, it is mentioned that this game will feature, “custom weapons, a full-scale map, fluid movement, and unique mechanics” and much more! It is promised that as the UEFN becomes more advanced in the upcoming years, Project V will also grow with it, adding more and becoming better.
