On June 5, Epic Games’ official Twitter page uploaded a new post. In that, they teased the new season that is due on June 9. However, it barely revealed a thing except that the game would now travel into the wild. In other words, Fortnite always had a ‘green side’ to it, but this teaser showed a revamped era for the game.

Fans were irked after watching the trailer as they could not keep their excitement content. So, they tried every trick in the book to at least get some information that could calm the storm. Alas! they failed, as they had to go back to counting days until the official release. But, looking at it, Geoff Keighley stepped in to save the day.

Geoff, who shared a close relationship with Epic Games, promised a full-reveal trailer at the Summer Games Fest. This meant that fans would get early access to the next season two days before the official date. Previously, Fortnite has revealed multiple pieces of information through the SGF as a gift to fans. So, they were elated to see what the franchise had in store next.
