The weekly quest log and XP boosters continue to rain down on the community through weekly quests. Routinely, Epic Games refreshes these activities and introduces new special tasks and activities for you to complete. In this week’s quest, players will get to the Corny Complex. On top of collecting weird alien artifacts every week, the studio has added alien devices that the island’s citizens can use.

These things are going to serve as the only major countermeasure against the surging alien invasion. However, these devices require a reboot and only you can take on this difficult task.

How to locate and active alien devices in Fortnite

Each week, Epic Games adds a range of easy and difficult quests for gamers to take on. Simple quests offer a minor XP boost, while the more intricate legendary tier quest holds the highest XP reward for the week. If you are struggling to locate alien devices in week 12 of the game. You already know that all the secret alien devices are located in the Corny Complex area.

Drop down and find a massive purple jungle with similar trees and grasses. Look for a giant tree that is in-between a gas station and Corny Complex. This is where you will find the first purple ball (for the alien device). Now head forward and cross 2 bridges to find a dirt road, which will lead you to another purple bush. Now, look around this bush to find your second purple ball.

Move along the map and land in the small purple forest between the pleasant park and Corny Complex. This is where you will your third alien orb right next to a blue tree.

With all three orbs in your possession, it is time to move to the final act of the quest. Head to the secret alien base located underneath the Corny Complex building. Inside, you will find a massive alien device that has the logo of all three purple orbs that you just picked up. Simply insert it right into the device to bring it back to full speed.
