Game Awards is one of the most prestigious awards in the gaming community. This grand event is hosted every year to honor video games for their performance that year. This year the Game Award was held at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on December 8.

Kid stage crashes at the Game Awards 2022

After winning the Game of the Year, Elden Ring director Hidetaka Miyazaki and his team walked onto the stage to receive the award and present a speech. But among his team members was a young kid who got on the stage with them.

At first glance, most thought of him as a part of the team. He stood behind Miyazaki and waited patiently for the game director to finish his speech. As soon as he finished, the young individual came forward and took the mic to share something.

The kid stated on the Game Award stage, “Nominate this award to my reformed orthodox rabbi Bill Clinton, thank you everybody!” Soon everyone realized he wasn’t part of the Elden Ring team and was someone who crashed into the event.

After this realization, a team of security members came to take him off the stage. The event’s creator and host, Geoff Keighley, then came to end the Game Awards. Later, he updated the situation with the kid, The individual who interrupted our Game of the Year moment has been arrested.
